And join us again -- when the group goes to see the movie version of "One for the Money"! We'll be meeting up in early February to see the movie together -- and then discuss it, and how it compares to the book after the show. There'll be more information on this Stephanie Plum "field trip" when we know when and where it is playing -- so check back here! Movie Update! Here's where we stand on seeing the movie (as of 1-20-12): Now for some helpful links to enhance our upcoming discussion of the book. First, as always, is a link to the fabulous Fantastic Ficton website page for Janet Evanovich, which lists all her books in their series' order, as well as what's coming up next! As for One for the Money – the movie, here’s what Janet is saying about it on her web site:
"The movie of One for the Money will be in theaters on January 27, 2012. Janet had a chance to see an advanced viewing of the movie and is happy to report it's GREAT! Katherine Heigl is fantastic as Stephanie. The men are hot. And Sherri Shepherd as Lula…OMG!!" Janet and Katherine Heigl were on "The View" yesterday, and along with Sherri Shepherd, had some fun things to say about both the movie and the series. Click the picture below (from Janet's site) to go to the interview on The View's web site. ... And here’s the YouTube trailer for the movie that’s featured on her site as well!
